Previously, candidates were required to complete a 13-question questionnaire and submit a one-minute video introduction in English. This process has now been replaced with a streamlined approach that consists of just one form response and a 30-second audio submission.

1. LINE Application Form



The application form will consist of a single question to confirm whether the applicant meets the basic recruiting criteria: they must have learned English in a Japanese school until high school graduation and be able to speak English thereafter. There is no need to submit motivation letters, English scores, or CVs at this stage; rather, applicants will provide their names and professions in a pre-interview survey.

2. 30-Second Audio Submission



Candidates will read the initial 30 seconds of the TED talk titled "Try Something New" by Matt Cutts. A script will be provided, removing the need for extensive preparation. Applicants can record their responses in a quiet place, such as a private booth in a café or their car, using their smartphones.
