  • - Creating policies that contribute to innovation, including planning and executing events like Japan Fintech Week, alongside updating AI discussion papers.
  • - Analyzing trends in fintech technologies and building relationships with relevant industry associations.

Candidate Requirements


Candidates are required to possess the necessary experience and specialized knowledge to carry out the responsibilities outlined above.

  • - Position: One full-time personnel under a limited-term national civil servant law, ensuring stability and involvement in critical financial oversight and innovation efforts.
  • - Location: The role will be based at the FSA office located in Chiyoda, Tokyo.
  • - Employment Duration: Expected to start in October and continue for a period of approximately two years, with the potential for extension.
  • - Working Hours: Standard hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:15 PM, five days a week, excluding weekends and public holidays.
