Renaissance Inc. Expands into Public Sports Management
Renaissance Inc., headquartered in Sumida, Tokyo, has announced the commencement of its management operations at five public sports facilities across three municipalities starting April 1, 2026. This initiative marks a significant step for the company, as it aims to promote health and well-being in the communities of Mitoyo City in Kagawa Prefecture, and Fukuoka and Koga Cities in Fukuoka Prefecture.

Mitoyo City: Midorigaoka Sports Park
The first facility under Renaissance's management is the Midorigaoka Sports Park, which includes an arena, swimming pool, training room, as well as multipurpose rooms. This facility aims to cater to a wide range of sports activities and health events for all ages. The contract period extends from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2031, and is run in collaboration with Mikuspo Partners, which includes the Mitoyo City Cultural and Sports Promotion Organization and Anabuki Enterprise Co., Ltd.

Fukuoka City: Municipal Pools
In Fukuoka City, Renaissance will manage two facilities: the Higashi City Pool and the Chuo City Pool. Both facilities will feature heated pools and outdoor swimming options, along with training rooms to support various community activities. The collaborative body for these pools, known as Fukuoka Aqualink, includes Renaissance, the Japan Swimming Promotion Association, and JR Kyushu Service Support Co., Ltd. as well as Hino Sports Play Research Institute, which helps in providing top-notch services.

Lastly, in Koga City, Renaissance will manage Cross Pal Koga, a facility that includes a gymnasium, training studio, swimming pool, wellness area, and multipurpose rooms. The purpose of this facility is to provide a comprehensive venue for health and fitness activities. The contract for this facility also runs from April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2031, in partnership with Well Link Koga, which consists of Renaissance, Five Company, and Seibu Gas Co., Ltd.

With this new addition, Renaissance will manage a total of 92 facilities by April 2026.
