Users no longer need to start writing needed emails from the ground up after each meeting. This reduces the time spent creating a single email significantly. It also minimizes the risk of overlooking important messages—like acknowledgments and follow-up actions—ensuring all essential communications are sent.

3. Seamless Process from Drafting to Sending
Email drafting, review, and sending can all be completed in one click directly from the Otolio interface. There’s no need to switch to another email application or copy and paste text, and the sent emails will be stored in Outlook as usual.
