This summer, Aloha Table, well-known for its Hawaiian-inspired dishes, will launch the much-anticipated "Hawaiian Cold Noodles Fair" from July 17 to September 30, 2026. Set to take place at its 12 locations across Japan, this fair showcases three unique chilled noodle dishes, each exhibiting the exotic flavors of Hawaii while keeping the refreshing essence of summer.

• - Event Period: July 17, 2026 (Friday) – September 30, 2026 (Wednesday)
• - Menu Price: All three dishes priced at 1,440 yen (tax included)
• - Participating Locations: Aloha Table's 12 outlets, including Iidabashi, Osaki, Yokohama Bayquarter, and more.

Featured Dishes Over Three Phases

Each dish will be available for a limited time, presented in a relay format.

Phase 1: July 17 – August 9

• - Chilled Coconut Curry Pho

This dish evokes the essence of a tropical resort. It features a silky-smooth coconut milk broth infused with carefully selected spices, topped with “coconut fine” for an aromatic double coconut experience. Delicate pho noodles and crispy fried noodles create an exciting contrast in texture, making this dish a captivating summer delight.

Phase 2: August 10 – September 6

• - Refreshing ALOHA Noodles with Lime

A vibrant bowl with the refreshing scent of lime bursting with flavor. This dish combines a specialty Chinese soup blended with lime juice, delivering a zesty note that's impossible to resist. Topping off the dish is spam, cooked in teriyaki sauce, paired with nutrient-rich kale, making it a deliciously invigorating meal perfect for summer heat.

Phase 3: September 7 – September 30

• - Revived Chilled Tan-Tan Pho

Inspired by the diverse culinary heritage of Hawaii, this previously popular dish makes a comeback with exciting improvements. Featuring a rich, spiced sesame broth partnered with shrimp and mizuna, the dish is versatile enough to adapt to the season: a squeeze of lime transforms it into a refreshing delight, just in time for late summer.
