About Sreed EBISU +L
The building will rise ten stories, with floors two to ten designated as setup offices. These spaces will be fully equipped with essential amenities such as reception areas and meeting rooms, allowing tenants to commence operations immediately after moving in. Among these, four floors will feature fully furnished set-up offices incorporating art and greenery, fostering a seamless environment that supports the growth of creative startups. The objective is to create a “space where inspiration is born,” perfectly melding both work and relaxation.
Vision for the Space

Artistic Integration

Collaborating with NOMAL ART COMPANY, a project team called “Ebisu Art Conference by Sreed” has been formed, comprising of four artists, each bringing unique styles to create a stimulating environment. These artists will conduct field research in the Ebisu area to understand local characteristics and work closely with people in the community to make relevant artistic expressions in each office’s designated wall space (3m x 7m).
