They will discuss processes and challenges faced throughout various stages — from initial concept design to operational stabilization.

The first session will target municipal staff and IT vendors, creating a platform for broad knowledge sharing. Subsequent sessions will be more closed-door and focus on members of the Tokushima community, fostering detailed discussions on practical issues.
