Furthermore, HCGZ presented the "Ants + Picking" combination, representing an ultra-high-density and efficient intelligent picking solution. This innovative configuration involves a blend of two distinct robots working in concert with shelves, totes, and smart warehouse management software. It effectively manages tasks related to inbound and outbound logistics, inventory tracking, and sorting operations. In the pallet-to-person section of their exhibit, HCGZ unveiled the EzGo handling robot. This machine stands out for its ultra-high-density and efficient handling capabilities. One notable feature is its simplified implementation process that includes intelligent obstacle avoidance and rapid battery replacement. The system supports close-range collaborative scheduling, making it suitable for diverse operational settings.

The EzGo robot utilizes a three-point counterbalanced AGV, offering unmatched adaptability with intelligent scalability. It can effortlessly accommodate various hydraulic side-shift attachments and is adept at accurately identifying and handling different types of pallets. This versatility makes it invaluable for fully automated indoor applications and in complex scenarios such as container loading both indoors and outdoors.

Moreover, the Z Series Four-way Shuttle Warehouse was showcased as an exceptional solution for high-density storage necessities. This innovative system is capable of swift movement and offers directional changes amid shelf aisles, maximizing space utilization. During the exhibition, the Four-way Shuttle Warehouse was demonstrated in conjunction with a 1.5-ton laser-guided mini stacker to perform efficient pallet picking and handling tasks.
