Winline Technology Unveils UXC150030 High Voltage Module at Power2Drive Europe 2025, Accelerating Green Energy Transition

Winline Technology Set to Revolutionize Green Energy with UXC150030

Innovative advancements in green energy solutions were front and center when Winline Technology debuted its latest product, the UXC150030 high voltage DC module, at Power2Drive Europe 2025. The event, held on May 7th in Munich, showcased a gathering of industry leaders and innovators, all committed to accelerating the shift towards sustainable energy practices.

During the presentation, Dr. Tong Cheng, Vice President of Overseas Marketing at Winline Technology, delivered an insightful keynote address that outlined the transformative capabilities and application possibilities of the UXC150030. Designed specifically for ultra-high voltage scenarios, this module targets essential sectors such as photovoltaic energy generation, energy storage systems, and electric vehicles, including heavy-duty mining trucks and rail transport. The UXC150030 boasts an impressive voltage range from 200 to 1500 VDC and achieves a peak efficiency of 98.5%. Utilizing third-generation semiconductor technology and proprietary topology design, it minimizes energy losses while ensuring reliable performance across a temperature range of -40°C to +75°C, meeting the demands of both extreme climates and industrial settings.

Dr. Cheng emphasized, "The UXC150030 not only signifies a technological milestone but also addresses the pressing needs of the high voltage DC market, paving the way for standardized and highly compatible support for Europe’s energy transition."

Winline Technology didn’t stop with just one innovative product; the company showcased a variety of cutting-edge energy solutions through live demonstrations and scenario-based explanations. The UXC95050B, a bidirectional DC/DC power module with an outstanding peak efficiency of 98.8%, serves as a core component in integrated solar storage charging systems and energy management in data centers. Another highlight was the UXC100040, an isolated high-performance module capable of delivering between 50 and 1000 VDC, intended for rapid charging of multiple electric vehicles and repurposing retired battery systems. Additionally, the company presented the LCR100040A, a liquid-cooled module that combines an IP50 protection rating with low-noise cooling capabilities to enforce efficiency in corrosive or noise-sensitive environments. Also featured was the UXG1K022, a bidirectional AC/DC module supporting a wide DC voltage range from 150 to 1000 VDC alongside an AC voltage range from 260 to 530 VAC, catering to V2G applications and smart grid installations.

As Europe grapples with critical energy challenges—such as unstable grids and the urgent need to incorporate renewable resources—Winline Technology’s innovations align seamlessly with market trends. With the continent pushing towards the adoption of DC microgrids to reduce AC/DC conversion losses and system costs, the company remains committed to advancing hybrid AC/DC grid solutions through modular and scenario-based designs. Looking ahead, Winline Technology plans to deepen collaborations with European energy firms to foster a more stable, cost-effective ecosystem for green energy across the continent.
