SINEXCEL Launches the Sirius 135K at Intersolar Europe 2025
At the Intersolar Europe 2025 event, SINEXCEL (300693.SZ) unveiled its latest innovation, the Sirius 135K, a comprehensive energy storage solution designed specifically for commercial and industrial applications. This state-of-the-art system operates at 1000 VDC, establishing a new benchmark in energy efficiency and flexibility.
Addressing Key Industry Challenges
Energy storage in the commercial and industrial sectors typically faces two significant challenges: lack of adaptability and low returns on investment. Systems often struggle with grid connectivity, complex loads, and harsh environmental conditions. Moreover, high upfront costs and variable efficiency can severely affect project profitability. The Sirius 135K aims to overcome these obstacles through its innovative design philosophy, which emphasizes being
Global-Ready,
Scenario-Ready, and
Lifecycle-Ready.
Global-Ready Capabilities
The Sirius 135K is engineered to support grid voltages of 208 V, 400 V, and up to 480 V with its 3P4W AC connectivity. Importantly, it meets international certification requirements such as UL, IEC, EN, JET, and VDE. These certifications promote rapid market deployment and can reduce front-end and integration costs by up to 25%. This versatility ensures a single model can accommodate various regions, including North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
Scenario-Ready Design
Built to endure extreme conditions, the Sirius 135K supports a complete DC voltage range with a PCS efficiency exceeding 98%, marking a 1% improvement over traditional solutions. Its true 3P4W topology allows for precise active/reactive power control and fully supports unbalanced loads, making it ideal for industrial parks with significant energy demands. In environments with weak grids, the Sirius employs virtual impedance and synchronization algorithms to maintain reliable grid connectivity, even amidst 25% harmonics.
Lab tests have successfully demonstrated the operation of over 100 PCS units in parallel without grid connection, paving the way for genuine microgrid implementations. Additionally, in off-grid operations, the Sirius supports a "Diesel + BESS Hybrid Mode," which yields fuel savings, cost reductions, and emission cuts, effectively working with various generators. Moreover, it ensures a stable power supply for large events by facilitating seamless network formation and quick transmission responses to sudden demand spikes.
The Sirius unit can operate in temperatures up to 50°C (11% above the industry standard) and maintains a sound level of 65 dB. With an IP65 rating and C5 protection, it's exceptionally suited for ports, islands, and high-salinity environments, requiring minimal maintenance.
Lifecycle-Ready Efficiency
The Sirius 135K leverages SiC power devices, an optimized magnetic design, and a transformer-less architecture to enhance energy density while reducing costs. Integrated Schneider switching components amplify switching performance by over ten times, enhancing the system's safety and efficiency.
Beyond Commercial and Industrial Applications
SINEXCEL also highlighted its offerings for utility providers, featuring PCS solutions ranging from 450 kW to an integrated medium-voltage container with 10 MW capacity. Notably, SINEXCEL presented two groundbreaking applications: the AI Data Center (AIDC) and a low-profile logistics station, underscoring its extensive capabilities as the industry veers towards an electrified future.
