In a significant move that reflects both her dedication and expertise, Jennifer Reel has been promoted to Chief Communications and Marketing Officer (CCMO) at First National Bank (FNB), the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB). This appointment, announced on June 4, 2025, signifies FNB's continuous commitment to fortifying its brand and enhancing its connections with stakeholders, including clients, shareholders, employees, and the broader community.

Reel’s journey in the banking industry spans more than 25 years, demonstrating her invaluable contributions to FNB’s strategic vision. According to Vincent J. Delie, Jr., the Chairman, President, and CEO of the corporation, her extensive experience within the organization uniquely positions her to implement effective messaging and branding strategies that align with FNB’s objectives. In her expanded capacity as CCMO, Reel will be responsible for various functions, including overseeing both corporate communications and marketing initiatives. To further enhance the marketing department, the bank plans to hire a Director of Marketing Strategies who will report directly to Reel, reinforcing the company's strategic marketing endeavors.

Reel's leadership experience inside FNB includes significant contributions to its marketing strategies. She is a graduate of the American Bankers Association (ABA) School of Bank Marketing and Management and holds the Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP) designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers. Her influence extends beyond her current role; she has previously served on the editorial advisory committees of both the ABA's Bank Marketing and Sales and the Pennsylvania Bankers Association.
