OLX Group Welcomes Andrew Garrihy as New Chief Marketing Officer



In a significant move aimed at strengthening its marketing strategies, OLX Group has appointed Andrew Garrihy as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Garrihy's background is impressive, boasting a wealth of international marketing experience across more than 170 countries. His previous roles include CMO at OLX Autos and Senior Advisor within the company, prior to his recent promotion. His expertise is backed by years of senior positions at renowned companies including Huawei, Qualcomm, Samsung, and Vodafone, where he spearheaded initiatives to redefine brand strategies across various global markets such as EMEA, Asia, and Latin America.

Recognized as a full-stack marketer, Garrihy possesses a rare combination of strategic insight and technical know-how. He has hands-on experience building AI agents and digital products, which will be pivotal as he endeavors to deeply integrate AI across OLX's marketing teams.

Andrew’s appointment arrives during a time of robust growth for OLX, with the company reporting a 28% increase in global revenue year-on-year, reaching $992 million as of March 31, 2026. This success is fuelled by OLX's commitment to AI innovation, having invested over $200 million in AI technologies since 2018.
