Detailed Showcase
1. RFID x IoT Data Services
'Read, See, and Send – All in One with Transparent RFID'
The 'RFID Work Progress Collection System', which merges RFID with IoT data services, aims to automate data collection at work sites such as factories. This system utilizes an autonomous reader that operates without requiring dedicated software or PC setups for control. As long as an internet connection is available, simply placing the IC tag allows for seamless data transmission to the cloud.
Collected data is visualized through a dashboard feature that realizes 'visible work achievements'. Moreover, through integration with other BI tools, additional features like 'location visualization' can be established.
The star of the exhibit is the newly developed
'Transparent RFID', an LCD touch panel-enabled autonomous reader that allows operators to visually verify performance data instantly on-screen, and transmit bulk data efficiently. Attendees are encouraged to attend live demos and share their feedback.
2. Efficient Batch Inspections for Inventory Management
'Complete Incoming and Outgoing Processes with Batch Readings'
By combining a stationary RFID reader/writer with the accompanying software 'Inventory Plugin', the technology permits batch inspections simply by passing through a gate, thus enhancing both incoming and outgoing inventory operations. The optional simple inventory feature enables real-time inventory tracking, with straightforward integration to existing systems through CSV or API for seamless RFID adoption.
3. Touch-based Management System for Equipment Tracking
'All Tools and Equipment Management in One Shot'
This IC tag-enabled tracking system ensures meticulous records for outbound and return logs while providing preventative measures against mishaps in logging or accidental losses. The system facilitates effective auditing of tools and can record equipment checkouts using RFID handheld devices.
4. Continuous Monitoring of Kanban Cards and Key Assets
'Real-time Monitoring Towards Zero Stocktaking'
The system provides real-time tracking capabilities for the locations and inventory statuses of items. With the ability to connect up to eight shelf antennas to a single reader/writer, it delivers an excellent cost-performance ratio. Live demonstrations will showcase the continuous monitoring of kanban shelves and cards, emphasizing efficiency.
5. Data Writing Tools for IC Tags
'Effortlessly Encode Barcode Information onto RFID'
A user-friendly software solution allows for easy programming of barcode and keyboard-entered data onto RFID tags. By importing CSV files, the system efficiently handles bulk data encoding, ensuring that existing barcode operations can transition smoothly into RFID applications without software development.
6. Visibility of Item Locations with the RFID Key Management Board
The
RFID Key Management Board is designed for easy installation; simply attach IC tags to keys and set up the dedicated board to begin monitoring. It accurately logs the time keys were checked out and how long they've been out, enabling reliable tracking without altering current operational practices. Demonstrations of a low-power reader/writer module, ideal for integration, as well as rewriting features for battery-less electronic paper displays will also be available.
