American Battery Solutions, Inc. (ABS) has officially introduced Aventor, their next-generation high-voltage battery platform aimed specifically at the commercial, industrial, and specialty markets. Launched during The Battery Show North America, this innovative platform highlights advanced energy density, domestic cell sourcing, and a rugged design tailored for high-utilization applications.

The Features of Aventor
Engineered with a robust 800-volt architecture, Aventor boasts a volumetric energy density of 300 Wh/L and gravimetric energy density of 200 Wh/kg. The platform can deliver 113 kWh of total energy and reach up to 358 kW of peak discharge power, thereby ensuring that it meets the demanding requirements of heavy-duty original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

The platform comprises two distinct form factors: the Chassis-Integrated Pack, designed for effective use of space within vehicle layouts, and the Hyper-Rugged Cube Pack, which features enhanced enclosures suited for challenging mechanical environments. The Chassis-Integrated Pack is optimized for fitting within the constraints of commercial vehicles, while the Hyper-Rugged Cube Pack addresses the highest levels of vibration and shock encountered in industrial settings.
