CREDO Asset Management has officially announced the completion of its logistics facility, CREDO Atsugi, located in Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture. This state-of-the-art facility is in close proximity to major expressways, making it an essential hub for distribution. The inauguration ceremony highlighted the partnership with Senko Co., a leading logistics firm based in Osaka, which has signed a lease for the facility and will utilize it exclusively for its operations.

Strategic Location for Enhanced Accessibility

CREDO Atsugi is strategically positioned at a critical junction where the Tomei and Shin-Tomei expressways intersect with the Ken-O expressway. Specifically, it is about 1 kilometer from the Shin-Tomei Atsugi Minami Interchange and approximately 2.5 kilometers from the Tomei Atsugi Interchange. This prime location provides excellent access not only to the Greater Tokyo Area but also to other regions, including Nagoya and Osaka, facilitating extensive distribution capabilities across Japan.

Senko Co. aims to strengthen its storage and transportation capabilities in the Atsugi area, particularly for drugstore goods and construction materials.
