Discover the Flavors of Fukushima at Sakana Bacca's Upcoming Fair
From June 6 to June 10, 2025, a special event titled "Discover! Fukushima Fair" will be hosted by Foodison Co., Ltd. and Tokyo Electric Power Holdings, Inc. at all ten Sakana Bacca stores located in and around Tokyo. This is the 14th edition of the annual fair showcasing the exquisite seafood products from Fukushima.
The initiative aims to promote Fukushima seafood by welcoming customers back to enjoy the fresh tastes of the ocean from the Tohoku region. Since the devastating natural disasters, the reputation of Fukushima seafood has suffered, but with continuous efforts, the perception is gradually changing. This year, the focus shifts from mere efforts of consumer support to making Fukushima seafood a common choice for daily meals.
