Hosts Global Welcomes Marti Winer as SVP, Regional General Manager

Hosts Global is excited to announce the appointment of Marti B. Winer as the new Senior Vice President and Regional General Manager. She will be tasked with overseeing operations in significant markets including Southern California, Las Vegas, and Seattle. This marks a significant step for the company as Marti reenters Las Vegas, a city where she has made a considerable impact by shaping large-scale events and enhancing destination experiences.

Marti brings an impressive portfolio to her new role, with over 20 years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, and communications strategies. She has gained recognition across the industry for her ability to design highly engaging, audience-centric experiences that align perfectly with brand objectives and business results.

Before joining Hosts Global, Marti played a pivotal role in the successful reopening of Casa Bonita—a nostalgic 50-year-old dining and entertainment venue in Colorado, which was brought back to life by the creators of the hit TV show, South Park. Marti’s leadership transformed this venue into a national highlight, exemplifying creative renewal and operational success.

Before her stint at Casa Bonita, Marti held the role of Vice President of Event Productions at MGM Resorts, managing over 2,200 events in just one year. She was instrumental in reimagining events across MGM’s extensive properties and played a crucial role in citywide strategies for major events like the NFL Draft and Formula 1. Her experience extends across a variety of sectors, as she has worked in executive positions for global communications and event services, producing events for industries such as finance, pharmaceuticals, and food service.
