2. Digital Invoice


In an effort to modernize the billing process, the Digital Invoice feature will digitize the series of manually labor-intensive tasks associated with billing for care services, including printing, stuffing envelopes, labeling, and mailing. Families will have access to invoices and receipts at any time via tablets or computers, eliminating the need for cumbersome paper storage and simplifying the billing experience.

3. Digital Report


The app will also digitally transform the reporting process for care managers concerning the conditions and services provided to care recipients.
