The Aperol Fair will take place at Le Pristine Café located at the first floor of Toranomon Hills hotel. The fair celebrates the essence of summer, featuring delightful cocktails perfect for warm evenings.

- A classic Italian aperitif with a light effervescence and a delightful bittersweet taste.

- Aperol Paloma for ¥1,320

- A unique twist combining smoky mezcal with refreshing grapefruit.

- Paper Plane for ¥1,760

- A modern classic cocktail with vibrant citrus notes and a pleasantly bitter finish.

Prices include a 15% service charge.

Special Event: NOTTE LEON

On August 20, 2026, a special adult mingle event, NOTTE LEON, will be held in collaboration with the quality lifestyle magazine LEON. This night promises to be an elegant celebration, with guest bartender Tomoya Shirai, a brand ambassador from Campari Group. Attendees will enjoy exclusive special cocktails available only on this evening.

The terrace will host a magnificent Aperol Wagon, adding a festive flair to the event.
