Japan Kanzei Holdings Promotes Workplace Safety Through Educational Workshops Nationwide

Japan Kanzei Holdings: Enhancing Workplace Safety

Japan Kanzei Holdings, a leader in building management and real estate service sectors, has launched a series of educational workshops addressing workplace safety, primarily focusing on labor accidents. From May 27 to June 9, 2025, five of its six branches nationwide will conduct these important sessions, aiming to enhance safety awareness among all employees, including those from partner organizations in sectors like construction and building maintenance where accident rates are notably high.

The educational initiative is led by Japan Kanzei’s group company responsible for the Safety and Health Cooperation Association, and it aims to prevent incidents before they occur. During the workshops, which began with the Kansai branch on May 28, participants engage in practical exercises based on real incident scenarios, supplemented by lectures from expert speakers. This comprehensive approach allows attendees to explore the underlying causes of accidents and discuss effective preventive measures.

Feedback from participants has been overwhelmingly positive. One attendee noted, "From the knowledge gained in previous workshops, we began identifying hazardous spots and implementing preventive measures at various locations, which led to a tangible decrease in labor accidents." Such insights make these sessions highly relevant and provide valuable learning experiences directly applicable to daily operations.

Japan Kanzei Holdings is dedicated to continuously prioritizing safety for all employees across various sectors. This commitment is reflected in their ongoing provision of educational opportunities and enhancement of safety measures, with a bold goal of achieving zero labor accidents. In doing so, they aim to foster a safer environment for both employees and clients, contributing positively to society as a whole.

Overview of the Kansai Branch Workshop

The workshop at the Kansai branch featured a talk by Atsushi Hamaguchi from the Hamaguchi Labor Safety Consultant Office, an external expert brought in to share insights about emergency responses during workplace crises. Following this training, Japan Kanzei and its partners will work to revise and strengthen their emergency response plans and conduct drills. This preparation is crucial for establishing a robust system capable of effectively handling unforeseen situations.
