A recent study carried out by Argonne National Lab revealed that the program could yield up to $300 in financial benefits per vehicle each year, showcasing the tangible advantages of participation.

The Maryland Public Service Commission has also shown strong support for this evolving initiative, recently approving BGE's plan to expand the Smart Charge Management program to 30,000 devices by the end of 2027.
