Strengthening Veteran Support in New Mexico



The New Mexico Veterans Integration Centers (NMVIC) has recently received a generous donation of $25,000 from PMI U.S., aimed at enhancing housing and support services for veterans and their families. This funding represents a crucial step in the organization's commitment to address the pressing issue of veteran homelessness in New Mexico. Founded in 2005, NMVIC has been tirelessly working to provide a range of services designed to promote stable housing, financial security, and community reintegration for veterans.

A Comprehensive Support System



NMVIC's approach is multifaceted, including strategies such as housing assistance, employment services, and behavioral health support. Each year, they successfully help over 1,100 families, with more than 325 veteran households transitioning to long-term housing stability. These initiatives are vital, especially in light of the challenging circumstances many veterans face, particularly in rural and underserved areas.
