GeNiE and F&M Network Join Forces to Launch New Lending Service

GeNiE Inc., based in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, under the leadership of CEO Yuichiro Saito, has announced a strategic partnership with F&M Network Inc., headquartered in Suita City, Osaka, and led by CEO Yasuhiro Kamegai. As part of this collaboration, GeNiE's lending-focused embedded finance service, "Money Lamp", will be integrated into F&M Network's estimate and invoicing application, "Jimu". The new loan service, "Jimu Money", specifically designed for freelancers and sole proprietors, is set to be launched on Tuesday, November 11, 2025.

GeNiE is a subsidiary of Acom Co., Ltd., a leading consumer finance company that aims to promote embedded finance within the lending sector. Embedded finance refers to the integration of financial services into a company's core offerings. Since June 2024, GeNiE has been providing the "Money Lamp", designed to help business entities add lending capabilities to their existing services via web or mobile applications.

F&M Network aims to alleviate operational burdens while enhancing productivity through its Jimu application, which is particularly beneficial for freelancers and self-employed individuals. In a move to further improve customer experience, the company has now adopted GeNiE's "Money Lamp" into the Jimu platform.

The "Money Lamp" service allows partner companies to incorporate GeNiE's lending features directly into their offerings. Under this partnership, the service will be branded as "Jimu Money", catering directly to Jimu users by providing accessible loan services.

GeNiE, in collaboration with F&M Network, commits to supporting the financial well-being of freelancers and sole proprietors via the "Jimu Money" initiative.
