Trend Micro's 2025 Global Customer Awards

On December 10, 2025, Trend Micro Incorporated, a global leader in cybersecurity, celebrated its annual Global Customer Awards, recognizing organizations that have demonstrated exemplary leadership and innovation within the cybersecurity space. This year’s awards showcase breakthroughs and commitments made by enterprises across the globe to advance their cybersecurity efforts effectively.

A Testament to Leadership

Rachel Jin, the Chief Platform and Business Officer of Trend Micro, addressed the significance of cybersecurity beyond mere protection. According to her, “When managed well, cybersecurity can act as a catalyst for business growth, build customer loyalty, and aid in digital transformation.” She applauded the 28 winners of this year’s awards as prime examples of how cybersecurity can have a profound impact on global operations.

Among the winners was Seaco, represented by Chief Information Officer, Damian Leach, who emphasized the critical role of unifying platform telemetry. By employing AI to assess risk remediation opportunities, Seaco has managed to adapt its approach to cybersecurity significantly. “Our goal is to continuously improve the cyber risk index,” Leach noted, highlighting the importance of Trend Vision One as an essential tool for their evolving cybersecurity strategy.

Conversely, Mani Masood, the Chief Information Security Officer at AMN Healthcare, pointed out that cyber resilience is more than reacting to crises; it’s about foreseeing risks and addressing them proactively. The capabilities provided by Trend Vision One have allowed AMN Healthcare to enhance security operations with greater clarity and discipline.
