Benroth's extensive experience in the HVAC and ventilation sector spans more than two decades. Prior to his tenure at SP Air Control, he served as the CEO of United Enertech Corporation, where he excelled in strategic planning and aligned product portfolios. He is well-regarded for his proactive leadership style, having dedicated time to visit every facility within the company's network multiple times each year, reinforcing collaboration, communication, and a culture of continuous improvement.
