Furthermore, he established career advancement pathways that benefited internal applicants, filling more than 30% of new roles from within the organization.

Reflecting on his new role, Green stated, "I'm thrilled to join Allworth at this critical phase of its growth journey. The firm's forward-looking vision aligns seamlessly with a culture that prioritizes people. I will focus on enhancing the employee experience, facilitating seamless integrations for new acquisition partners, and developing the next generation of leaders within the firm. Success, to me, is about thoughtful growth while maintaining Allworth’s core values of care, authenticity, and results."

During his first year, Green plans to elevate the employee experience and refine talent acquisition and development programs, ensuring integration procedures for newly acquired firms set the benchmark within the industry.

Educationally, Green boasts a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Master of Science in Foresight and Future Studies from the University of Houston. His leadership abilities have earned him recognition as a nominee for the 2024 InvestmentNews Rising Star award. He has also chaired the Osaic Foundation, overseeing over $1 million in annual contributions to community impact programs.
