On September 20, 2025, at the gymnasium of Setagaya's Tsurumaki Junior High School, the company One Leaf Listed organized an innovative hybrid sport experience event called "Running Class x Hydration and Nutrition Talks." Around 80 elementary school students and their guardians attended, engaging in valuable learning experiences centered around running techniques and performance measurement.

Expert Guidance from Former National Athletes

The event featured expert instruction from former Japanese national athletes who are members of the "0.01 SPRINT PROJECT." They conducted thorough lessons on the fundamentals of running, including techniques for improving running form. The children were eager to absorb specialized advice that they don't often encounter, and witnessing live demonstrations fueled their motivation to run faster.

With the assistance of high-precision measurement equipment provided by One Leaf Listed, individual performance was assessed. This objective feedback allowed participants to understand their running abilities better, pinpointing areas for improvement and fostering a sense of growth.
