Martijn Bergink to Lead Alfa Laval's Marine Division

Martijn Bergink has had an extensive career at Alfa Laval, joining the company in 1998. In addition to his new presidential role, Bergink will maintain his position as Managing Director of Framo, another Alfa Laval-owned company, and continue to preside over the Business Unit Pumping Systems within the Marine Division.

Kalra joined the company following its acquisition of Aalborg Industries in 2011 and has played a vital role in the growth and success of the Marine Division. His efforts have been instrumental in advancing product development and technologies aimed at supporting the decarbonization of the merchant fleet. In his farewell comments, Kalra reflected on his journey, saying, "It has been a big privilege to lead the transformation of the Marine Division through the ongoing energy transition. I have truly enjoyed being a part of the team on this journey. Now I am looking forward to more family time from my home base in Singapore."
