SitusAMC Welcomes Mike Benz as Managing Director for CRE Revenue

On June 2, 2025, SitusAMC, a leading provider of strategic outsourcing and technology solutions in the real estate finance sector, announced the appointment of Mike Benz as Managing Director of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Revenue. This change, effective from May 19, 2025, comes as part of the company’s efforts to bolster its leadership in the commercial real estate sector.

Mike Benz steps into this pivotal role with over 20 years of extensive experience in sales leadership, particularly emphasizing revenue growth and optimal go-to-market strategies within financial services and real estate technology domains. Reporting directly to the Head of CRE, Anne Jablonski, Benz will oversee vital functions in the CRE division, including sales, business development, and maintaining customer relationships. His mandate includes formulating and executing strategies aimed at increasing revenue, broadening client bonds, and improving customer satisfaction in line with SitusAMC's long-term goals.

Throughout his career, Benz has proven his capability to grow new market segments, construct high-performing global sales teams, and achieve remarkable double-digit growth consistently. His adept leadership will be crucial in refining revenue operations, commercializing new offerings, and ensuring SitusAMC's robust market presence in the CRE field.

Anne Jablonski expressed enthusiasm about Benz’s joining, noting that his deep insight into commercial real estate, along with his expertise in data, analytics, and technology sales, will be invaluable as the company strives to expand its CRE platform and deliver exceptional client value.
