The event will take place on
November 15, 2026, starting and finishing at the scenic
Hikarigaoka Park’s lawn area in Nerima. Participants can select from three distinct walking courses: an
8 km course, a
4 km course, and a special
2 km dog-friendly route for those who wish to walk with their furry friends.

We encourage families, friends, and fitness enthusiasts to join this health-promoting endeavor. The walk will feature exciting guest appearances, including well-known comedian
Yoshio Kojima, who will grace the event with a speech and participate in a lottery draw at the opening ceremony.
Who Can Participate?
The health walk is open to anyone who resides, works, or studies in Tokyo and is able to complete the walking course. We are expecting
2,000 participants, so make sure to register early. The participation fee is
500 yen for individuals aged middle school and above, while accompanying a dog will incur a fee of
500 yen per dog. Children under elementary school age can join for free with an adult.
Health Screening Opportunity
One of the key features of this event is the opportunity for participants aged
40 and above to access a
free colon cancer screening (subject to prior registration and limited to the first 1,000 sign-ups). We encourage you to sign up for both the walking event and the screening when registration opens on
September 1, 2026, at 10 AM. Interested individuals can register via our
