AXA XL Enhances Client Relationship Team
In a strategic move to bolster its commitment to providing exceptional client services, AXA XL has announced the appointment of new Client Relationship Leaders (CRLs) for its Eastern and Western U.S. zones. Russell Caminske and Ryan Larson will spearhead efforts in these regions, serving as primary contacts for clients and overseeing the management of multi-line insurance programs.
Russell Caminske joins the team as the CRL for the East Zone, bringing over 20 years of industry expertise. Previously, he served as the Executive Client Director at American International Group for the Northeast. His diverse background in various insurance specialties is expected to be a valuable asset. Maria Duhart, the Head of Client Distribution for the East, expressed confidence in Caminske’s ability to foster collaboration among teams to innovate client solutions effectively.
“I am excited to welcome Russell to our team in the East. His proficiency in merging cross-product teams to devise inventive solutions, paired with his strong sales strategies, will support our growth objectives in the region,” Duhart stated.
On the other hand, Ryan Larson will lead the West Zone as CRL, reporting to Mike Soper, the Head of Client Distribution for the West. His extensive experience in business development and sales, honed through roles at Gallagher Bassett Services, Marsh McLennan Companies, and ACE ESIS, positions him well to build enduring relationships with clients.
Soper remarked, “Ryan's rich background will be crucial in nurturing long-lasting strategic relationships with our accounts across the western states.”
Both Caminske and Larson will be instrumental in not only managing client relationships but also in driving sales and distribution strategies company-wide. They will engage directly with clients from various industries, tailoring insurance solutions that address specific business needs and challenges.
