Hida Takayama Exhibition in Shinjuku

From June 11th to 17th, the Keio Department Store in Shinjuku will host a special exhibition showcasing the finest local products from Hida Takayama, Gifu Prefecture. This event is organized by the Takayama Industrial Promotion Association in collaboration with Nagano and Toyama Prefectures. This marks the seventh time that such an exhibition has taken place at Keio Department Store, and it continues to attract a large number of visitors each year.

During the exhibition, attendees can indulge in a variety of Hida Takayama's renowned delicacies. Notable offerings include high-quality Takayama ramen, delicious mitarashi dango (sweet dumplings), seasonal pickles, and succulent ayu fish grilled to perfection. Additionally, the Hirata Brewery will feature a coin sake server, providing guests with an opportunity to taste a range of authentic local sake from Hida Takayama.

The event hours are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily, with the final day offering shortened hours until 5:00 PM. The exhibition is situated on the 7th floor of the Keio Department Store, located in the heart of Shinjuku, Tokyo. Visitors are encouraged to come and explore the unique flavors and traditions of Hida Takayama's local products.
