Asset Management One's Initiative for Teacher Financial Training

In a pioneering effort to enhance financial education among teachers, Asset Management One Co., Ltd., based in Chiyoda City, Tokyo, participated in the 2025 Teacher Corporate Training Program organized by the Economic Public Relations Center. This program, which has been ongoing since 1983 and marks its 43rd year, was held on July 31 and August 1, and again on August 6 and 7, 2025, in Nakano and Shinagawa districts. A total of 29 elementary school teachers took part in this significant training session, marking the second year of involvement by Asset Management One following its participation in 2024.

Objective of the Training

The primary goal of this initiative was to equip teachers with the tools and understanding needed to apply financial concepts in their school operations. This year, Asset Management One launched the “Future Nurturing Research Institute” in October 2023 to promote individual asset formation, financial wellbeing, and financial education. The research institute’s latest training program aims to offer teachers insights into their life plans while also enlightening them about how investing can contribute to societal betterment. Ultimately, participants were encouraged to convey these ideas to their students in real educational settings.
