Exciting YUMICORE Tour Returns to Okinawa
After a long wait of nearly three years since the last event in December 2023, YumiCoreBody is thrilled to announce the second YUMICORE tour in Okinawa, set to take place on April 25, 2026. With the first session already sold out, the second session has limited tickets available for newcomers eager to experience this transformative method.
The upcoming event will cater not only to existing YUMICORE online members but also invite new clients to participate, providing everyone with a chance to directly engage with the unique benefits of the YUMICORE method.
Special Pre-Class Posture Check
Before the lessons begin, every participant will benefit from a posture assessment conducted by certified YUMICORE trainers and physical therapists. This assessment ensures that each attendee can better understand their body dynamics, enhancing their learning experience and allowing them to engage with the YUMICORE method more effectively.
YUMICORE is renowned for its unique approach combining posture improvement, muscle relaxation, stretching, breathing techniques, and core training, aimed at helping women connect with their bodies and lead healthier, more positive lives. The Okinawa event seeks to deliver the core values of YUMICORE directly to local participants and provide them with the tools to inspire their body transformation.

Important: Lesson Levels
There is a significant difference in the levels between the two sessions:
- - Session 1: Advanced lesson utilizing tools (like rollers and Hogussee), exclusively for existing members.
- - Session 2: Introductory lesson using only Hogussee for complete beginners.
Participants are advised to choose the session that aligns with their skill level. Once tickets are purchased, changes or refunds will not be accommodated. It is expected that all ticket holders understand the lesson content and levels upon purchasing.
The tools utilized during the lessons might vary based on pre-event surveys. Should there be any changes due to the survey results, updates will be communicated via social media or email.

The venue is approximately a 10-15 minute drive from Naha Airport and about a 15-minute walk from the Monorail Oroku Station. Attendees arriving by car should utilize the venue parking or nearby parking areas (parking fees are self-paid).
Eligibility
For Session 2: Beginners Only
Participants must be YUMICORE trial members from the ticket purchase until the event date or should not have prior membership.
- - Those who have previously canceled their YUMICORE memberships or have tried but not enrolled may also participate, regardless of whether the experience was online or at a studio.
- - The session is designed specifically for beginners and will utilize Hogussee.
- - For participants who only purchase the lesson ticket, Hogussee will be provided during the lesson.
Participation Fee
- - Session 2: Ticket only - ¥3,000 (tax included)
- - Session 2: Ticket with Hogussee - ¥6,000 (tax included)
What to Bring
- - For Session 2: Comfortable clothing, sports towel, yoga mat, drink, and a shoe bag (as the venue is strictly no-shoes).
- - Note: No changing rooms will be available, so please arrive wearing your workout gear.
