This setup often led to inefficiencies, with employees spending excessive time on simple tasks like research and email communications. Recognizing the need for a more streamlined and secure solution, the town embarked on a mission to deploy a user-friendly system that prioritizes safety for all employees. To ensure a seamless rollout, a trial period of approximately six months was established. This trial phase allowed Ogose to assess the system's usability and support framework thoroughly.
