Mr. Pakhchanian’s career also included a pivotal position as a Project Engineer for the U.S. Coast Guard, further adding to his comprehensive experience in bridge engineering. His impressive educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from The George Washington University, underscoring his solid foundation in the field.
