The TechnoAid Association, located in Shinjuku, Tokyo, is proud to announce the
2025 Needs-Seeds Matching Event, a premier collaborative gathering focused on assistive devices. Scheduled to take place from
December 18 to 20, 2025, at the
Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Trade Center in Hamamatsucho, this event serves as a monumental opportunity for developers and users to engage and exchange ideas.
In this unique event, participants will have the chance to experience the latest assistive technology products firsthand. Designed as one of the largest co-creation events in Japan, attendees will interact directly with creators, allowing them to provide immediate feedback and suggestions. This creates a mutual understanding and fosters the development of better assistive devices that meet real user needs.

- - Venue: Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Trade Center, Hamamatsucho, 3rd Floor Exhibition Room, 1-7-1 Kaigan, Minato-ku, Tokyo, 105-7501
- - Access: Only a 5-minute walk from JR Hamamatsucho Station (North Exit) and Tokyo Monorail Hamamatsucho Station (North Exit), and a 2-minute walk from Yurikamome Takeshiba Station (West Exit). For wheelchair users, it’s recommended to utilize the Yurikamome line for the easiest access.

- December 19 (Friday): 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- December 20 (Saturday): 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
For those unable to attend in person, the event will also feature an online component via the TechnoAid Association's
Web Interaction Platform from
October 1, 2025 to
January 31, 2026, allowing participation from anywhere in the country.
