A Culinary Milestone: Sasuke's Founding Tsukemen Reaches New Heights

As a special tribute to this milestone, the company has re-launched the highly acclaimed 'Founding Tsukemen' under its sister brand, Sasuke. Thanks to enthusiastic customer support, sales of this dish have surpassed an impressive 200,000 servings.

The 'Founding Tsukemen' is not just any ordinary noodle dish; it carries a rich history as it is a revival of the 'mythical tsukemen' that was originally available for just one month at the inception of Rokurinsha. With a deep-rooted connection to the brand's heritage, this dish has once again found its way into the hearts and bowls of ramen lovers.

The composition of the 'Founding Tsukemen' is a delightful combination of both animal and fish-based flavors that create a luxurious double broth. Enhanced by a sharp soy sauce base, the dipping sauce is further elevated with a unique blend of spices that give it a distinctive kick. The result is a light yet addictive flavor profile that keeps patrons coming back for more.

The toppings include BBQ pork, menma (bamboo shoots), narutomaki (fish cake), and nori (seaweed), all of which blend harmoniously into the dipping sauce. Each ingredient's essence merges, creating a truly unified dish. The founder, Kazushige Takeda, expresses his thoughts on the dish:

There are plans to introduce 'Founding Ajitama Tsukemen' on June 11, expanding the offerings even further. Customers can choose from various sizes, including small, regular, large, and special.

The 'Founding Tsukemen' is being rolled out at all Sasuke locations, excluding the newly opened KITTE Osaka location and a new store opening in June 2025. Additionally, the Preana Makuhari and Atre Kawasaki branches will begin serving this delightful dish from June 6. However, fans are advised that there may be an unexpected end to sales, so it's best to enjoy it while you can!
