Experience Exquisite Weekends at Fairmont Tokyo's New Sunday Brunch Starting April 5

Discover Fairmont Tokyo’s Lavish Sunday Brunch

From April 5, 2026, the luxurious Fairmont Tokyo, located in the heart of Minato, will unveil its much-anticipated Sunday Brunch at the stunning DRIFTWOOD BAR & GRILL, located on the 43rd floor. This remarkable venue provides an elegant setting along with breathtaking views of the Tokyo skyline, offering guests the chance to indulge in a delightful brunch experience like no other.

A Culinary Journey Above the City

The Sunday Brunch features a carefully crafted menu highlighting exquisite seafood and grilling techniques, with a twist on the classic American dish, SURF&TURF. Guests can enjoy a wide variety of dishes that reflect the harmony of calm Tokyo Bay and the vibrant energy of the city, creatively presented to tantalize both the palate and the senses.

The meal begins with a signature Seafood Platter, showcasing seasonal seafood delicacies such as poached shrimp, steamed clams, and other fresh catches. Unique offerings include a delightful blend of American-style crab cakes infused with local flavors, and various seafood sauces incorporating traditional Japanese ingredients like kanzuri, yuzu, and fukujinzuke. Additional seafood selections are available via trolley service, offering diners the flexibility to enjoy as much as they desire.

The main highlight, TURF, features premium grilled meats, including expertly charcoal-grilled Japanese beef served with a rich soybean malt sauce, an egg benedict that harmoniously combines sea and land flavors, and an exquisite Australian Angus beef sirloin complemented by a port wine sauce and truffle-infused sides.

Guests will conclude their meal with a vibrant assortment of spring-themed desserts, including sakura shortcake, cognac-infused peach panna cotta, and a slightly tangy berry tart topped with creamy vanilla diplomat.

A special feature of the brunch experience is the DIY Gin Lab, where guests can select from a selection of premium gins and infuse them with fresh herbs and fruits, creating a unique drink with expert guidance from the bartending staff.

A Unique Beer Terrace Experience

In addition to the Sunday Brunch, the hotel will also offer an outdoor Beer Terrace Plan, launching on April 1, 2026. Located on the 35th floor, guests will be treated to spectacular views, whether choosing the idyllic Bay View or the captivating Tokyo Tower View. This plan accommodates a variety of social occasions, from casual gatherings with friends to more formal business meetings.

The shared-style courses evoke memories of Mediterranean BBQ, featuring delicious options like a chickpea and roasted red pepper dip, and grilled prawns with a healthy twist, complemented by a Cajun spiced chicken leg. After enjoying savory dishes, guests can satisfy their sweet tooth with a unique calzone filled with ricotta cheese and Nutella, topped with marshmallows.

With a selection of free-flow beverage packages available, including standard, premium, and champagne options, guests can elevate their experience while enjoying the evening breeze against the backdrop of Tokyo’s stunning skyline.
