Hotel Granvia Hiroshima South Gate's Exciting First Anniversary Celebration

The Hotel Granvia Hiroshima South Gate, located at Matsubara-cho 2-37, Minami-ku, Hiroshima City, is preparing to celebrate its first anniversary on March 24, 2026. To express gratitude to its valued customers, the hotel is launching the third phase of its first-anniversary campaign which includes a Digital Stamp Rally and special gift pack sales, running from March 24 to May 6, 2026.

What's Happening?

The Digital Stamp Rally encourages guests who stay at either Hotel Granvia or South Gate, or dine at their direct-run restaurants, to collect digital stamps through QR codes. Participants who gather stamps from both hotels will have the chance to win fantastic prizes, including hotel accommodation vouchers and restaurant meal tickets, with 10 groups of 17 winners in total. This event is designed to promote both hotels' unique charm and shared hospitality.

On the anniversary itself, Hotel staff wearing badges featuring the special 1st-anniversary logo will welcome guests, adding a festive touch to the occasion.

Additionally, the main restaurant, UmiShima Dining, is preparing to offer an exclusive UmiShima Dining Selection Lucky Bag from March 24, with only 100 available. Each lucky bag includes a variety of seven popular items, including the famous hotel original lemonade and the hotel original blend coffee, which can only be enjoyed in the hotel rooms.

Event Schedule and Participation Details

Duration: March 24, 2026 - May 6, 2026
Locations: Hotel Granvia Hiroshima South Gate (accommodation and one main restaurant) and Hotel Granvia Hiroshima (seven restaurants).

To participate in the Digital Stamp Rally:
1. Register as a JR Hotel Member or join the WESTER points program (same-day membership available).
2. Spend a total of 1,000 yen or more (including taxes and service charges) at eligible locations during the event period.
3. Scan the QR code in your room or during your restaurant visit to collect a digital stamp.
4. Once you collect stamps from both hotels, access the application form appearing to enter the prize draw.

Exciting Prizes Include:

• - Grand Prize: A pair accommodation voucher for overnight stay for two at South Gate, inclusive of breakfast (2 pairs for 4 people).
• - Second Prize: A pair of meal tickets for the lunch buffet at UmiShima Dining and Dish Parade buffet (5 pairs, 10 people).
• - Third Prize: Three unique recycled Bizen cups (RI-CO) made from discarded Bizen pottery (3 winners).

Winners will be announced through mailing post selection and prizes will be sent out by early June.
