Introducing the Lavish Fruit Jewel Parfait - Grape & Shine Muscat at The Strings Omotesando

A Luxurious Summer Treat

The Strings Omotesando is set to delight dessert lovers with the introduction of its new "Fruit Jewel Parfait - Grape & Shine Muscat", available from June 23 to September 7, 2026. Located in the heart of Tokyo's Minato Ward, specifically at Cafe & Dining ZelkovA, this parfait is designed to bring an elegant touch to your summer evenings, all against the vibrant background of Omotesando's famous zelkova trees.

This parfait features two opulent fruits: the seasonally fresh giant grapes and shine muscat, presented in a stunningly vivid purple and sophisticated green display. The layers of the dessert are crafted to entice the senses, starting with a base of tangy grape and raspberry sauce blending with refreshing oolong tea jelly. It's then topped with velvety cream and paired with shine muscat grapes, accented by crunchy brown sugar cookies that add a delightful texture.

To elevate the experience, the parfait is crowned with a rich blend of grape and concord ice cream, complemented by refreshing coconut ice that harmonizes perfectly on the palate. At the pinnacle of this sweet creation lie the glistening giant grapes and shine muscat, appearing like jewels atop seasonal figs and artful brown sugar tuile, beautifully encapsulating luxury and flavor in one dish.

Evening Indulgence with Night Parfait

For those seeking a more exclusive dessert experience, a reservation-only "Night Parfait" is offered from the late evening hours. This is the ideal way to treat yourself after a long day or to finish a dinner date on a sweet note. Relish the premium experience of enjoying grapes and shine muscat in a serene evening atmosphere, making it a perfect reward at the end of the day.
