Leidos Appoints Daryle Lademan as Senior VP of Corporate Strategy

Daryle Lademan as the new
Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy. This strategic role will see Lademan spearheading the company's growth strategies, partnerships, and specialized projects in line with Leidos' ambitious
NorthStar 2030 initiative.
A New Chapter in Leadership
Beginning today, Lademan will report directly to
Jason Albanese, the Chief Growth Officer, and will work closely with the executive leadership team to align corporate goals with Leidos' long-term vision. Albanese expressed confidence in Lademan's capabilities, stating, "Her three decades of experience in the defense and government technology sector make her an ideal choice to lead the implementation of our NorthStar 2030 strategy. Daryle Lademan's Impressive Background
Before joining Leidos, Lademan amassed a wealth of experience during her
15-year tenure at BAE Systems, Inc.. There, she was instrumental in developing and executing various strategic plans at the enterprise level. She also led initiatives in the company’s
Electronic Systems and Support Solutions sectors. Prior to her role at BAE Systems, she was a principal at The Avascent Group—a management consulting firm—and a director at CSP Associates, Inc., a strategic advisory firm.
Lademan's leadership journey reflects her dedication to promoting diversity within the industry. She previously served as
president and board member of Women in Aerospace, an organization committed to enhancing women's leadership capabilities in aerospace and defense sectors.

Lademan possesses degrees from
George Washington University and the
University of Central Florida. Besides her professional accomplishments, she is also a passionate runner, completing
