Prior to stepping into the CEO position at SYSTM Foods, Stephenson held the CEO position at Intelligent Brands, a platform dedicated to health and wellness. This included overseeing innovative meal kit services like Sunbasket and the supplement brand, Pruvit.

Stephenson's footprint in the industry also includes significant leadership roles at The Wonderful Company, where she was President of FIJI Water and POM Wonderful, as well as serving as Chief Strategy Officer. Her background is further reinforced by her insights from consulting positions at McKinsey & Company and AlixPartners, where she advised various high-profile clients on strategies for growth, mergers, and acquisitions.
