As 2024 comes to a close, Smile Doctors, the premier orthodontic support organization in the United States, is celebrating a remarkable year. The company has demonstrated impressive organic year-over-year growth, successfully expanding its reach through its innovative Joint Venture model. In particular, Smile Doctors has made significant strides by entering four new states: South Dakota, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania. This strategic expansion sets the foundation for continued success into 2025.
Currently, the Smile Doctors network is robust, comprising over 460 locations across 32 states. This achievement is marked by the addition of 31 affiliated practices and five new de novo locations in the past year, with plans for 10 more to be launched in 2025. Notable recent partnerships include Mack Orthodontics in Iowa, led by Dr. Steven J. Mack, and Dunn Orthodontics in Indiana, under Dr. Christopher S. Dunn’s leadership.
