Meet the Franchise Owners
The Barboursville location is operated by local residents and first-time franchise owners, Tammy and Rancie Hannah. Tammy comes with over 30 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, while Rancie is a practicing physician in Russell, Kentucky. Their commitment to service and community ties both personally and professionally will set the tone for their new restaurant. They hope to create a welcoming atmosphere that embodies the essence of Southern hospitality.
Tammy expressed their excitement, stating, “I am thrilled to bring Chicken Salad Chick to West Virginia, and I look forward to not just meeting our customers but also making meaningful connections within our community.” With plans to engage further in regional expansion, they also have aspirations for their son to join them in the family business once he graduates with a degree in business.
