The parfait begins with a cherry sorbet base, adorned with marinated cherries in kirsch, edible flowers, and pearl crunch. At the bottom, layers of chocolate crunch, Earl Grey chantilly, and a rich jelly made with red wine and griotte cherries artfully balance each other to create a stunning visual experience. Topping it off is a pink macaron covering a cherry-shaped mousse, embellished with cherry ganache, fresh American cherries, edible flowers, and gold leaf.
