Set to open on September 29, 2025, this innovative establishment is a collaboration between Yoroizuka's company, Sansélite, and The Hamilton, known for their renowned Ginza bar. - Gorgonzola Biscuit paired with Earl Grey Tea Cocktail – Priced at 3,200 yen, this dish features a subtly sweet Gorgonzola biscuit complemented by the fragrant notes of an Earl Grey cocktail, balancing flavors to create a refreshing taste experience.

- Autumn Fruit Caprese with Campari Gelée Cocktail – Another 3,200 yen item, this Caprese showcases Hokkaido mozzarella and seasonal fruits paired with a Campari gelée cocktail, elevating the taste to new depths.

Toshi Bar features a terrace area allowing guests to casually drop in without reservations. This outdoor setting offers a unique menu that contrasts with the main dining options, including a champagne and snack set for just 2,000 yen. Customers can also indulge in cakes sold at Toshi Yoroizuka.

Invitation to the Reception

To celebrate the launch, Toshi Bar will host a complimentary reception on September 26 and 27, 2025. Each evening will feature three sessions, with five pairs invited for each time slot. Guests wishing to attend must follow Toshi Bar on Instagram and message their preferred time by September 25. Notably, Chef Yoroizuka himself is likely to make a surprise appearance at one of the sessions.

Toshi Bar is located on the first floor of Tokyo Midtown, Akasaka 9-7-2. It is easily accessible via a direct underground connection from Tokyo Station or a one-minute walk from Marunouchi South Exit. Operating hours are from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, though times may vary. The seating arrangement includes 10 counter seats, 12 terrace seats, and two standing tables.
