SINEXCEL Launches Innovative Sirius 135K Energy Storage Solution at Intersolar Europe 2025
SINEXCEL Unveils Sirius 135K Energy Storage Solution at Intersolar Europe 2025
On May 14, 2025, SINEXCEL (300693.SZ) proudly introduced the Sirius 135K, a cutting-edge energy storage solution designed for commercial and industrial applications, at Intersolar Europe. This innovative system, which operates at 1000V DC, addresses two critical challenges commonly faced in energy storage: poor adaptability and low return on investment (ROI). With a focus on delivering long-term value, the Sirius 135K embodies the design philosophy of being global-ready, scenario-ready, and lifecycle-ready.
Addressing Key Challenges in Energy Storage
Energy storage systems for commercial and industrial use often suffer from issues such as difficulty connecting to the grid and inefficiencies that undermine overall project profitability. The Sirius 135K is engineered to overcome these challenges, providing customizable solutions that are adaptable to various global markets.
This system supports voltages from 208V to 480V AC (3P4W) and meets international certification standards, including UL, IEC, EN, JET, and VDE. This compliance not only expedites deployment but also reduces research and development costs by up to 25%, significantly enhancing the economic feasibility of energy storage solutions across various regions, including North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
Designed for Extreme Conditions
Sirius 135K is built to withstand the rigors of harsh environments and demanding loads, achieving over 98% energy conversion efficiency—1% higher than traditional systems. Its unique 3P4W topology enables precise active/reactive management and fully supports unbalanced loads, making it ideal for high-demand industrial facilities.
To ensure reliable grid connectivity, even in weak network scenarios, Sirius 135K employs virtual impedance and synchronization algorithms that maintain stable operations under a variety of conditions. In lab trials, multiple energy conversion systems have been shown to operate in parallel off-grid, courtesy of SINEXCEL’s proprietary communication protocol, facilitating real microgrid installations.
In offshore and remote applications, Sirius operates efficiently in a hybrid diesel and battery energy storage system (BESS) mode, promising fuel savings while minimizing operational costs and emissions. It also guarantees steady power for large events, effectively handling sudden voltage spikes and managing power seamlessly.
The unit is designed to endure environmental temperatures up to 50°C (which is notably 11% above industry standards) and operates at a noise level of just 65 dB. With IP65 and C5 protection ratings, Sirius is particularly suited for ports and coastal environments, requiring minimal maintenance.
Enhancing Lifecycle Value
To lower the total cost of ownership and increase value, the Sirius 135K features SiC power devices, an optimized magnetic design, and a transformerless architecture that doubles energy density while curbing expenses. An integrated Schneider distribution unit enhances switch disconnection capability by more than tenfold, thus improving overall safety and system efficiency.
In addition to its commercial and industrial applications, SINEXCEL also showcased utility solutions ranging from 450kW energy conversion systems to integrated MV container solutions up to 10MW. Their advancements in Artificial Intelligence Data Centers (AIDC) and low-altitude logistics stations demonstrate SINEXCEL's commitment to a fully electrified future.
As the demand for efficient energy storage solutions continues to grow worldwide, the SINEXCEL Sirius 135K sets a new standard for performance and scalability, ensuring businesses can thrive in the evolving energy landscape.
