However, to facilitate the expansion of our organization, we recognized the necessity of broadening our pool of potential candidates. Thus, last year, we made the bold move to advertise our openings through traditional job platforms for the first time.

As we published articles on our company’s blog and on note (a popular Japanese blogging platform), we observed a remarkable shift. More and more applicants expressed enthusiasm, stating, “I’ve read everything on Sketch’s note!” or “I deeply resonate with what you’ve shared!” By the time they reached the interview stage, these candidates had already become fans of our culture.
Through this experience, we have come to a profound realization: recruitment should shift from merely increasing the quantity of applications to enhancing the quality of candidates who genuinely resonate with our organization.
