Andrew Briggs, a notable volunteer board member of both the SDC and the Northeast Indiana Regional Development Authority (RDA), emphasizes the core belief that robust communities are built on the foundation of strong households. He states, “Our region is continuously exploring innovative strategies to create homes in underserved areas, with Legacy Heights as a prime example. Hoosier Homes Plus represents another forward-thinking approach to motivate home purchases from the buyer's side, creating a beneficial scenario for both families and communities.”

Additionally, homebuyers at Legacy Heights can utilize Land Home Financial's Single Close Construction Loan, which combines construction and permanent financing within a single process, streamlining the journey to homeownership.
